honda civic is probably the only one sedan in my favorite cars list that consists mostly of sports cars
i love the hybrid as much as i love the normal one, maybe i do love the hybrid more for environment reasons, i guess
the worst car i can get when i grow up ( i mean after earning my own money) is a civic, nothing less
with this car as my favorite, i really can’t understand why mom prefers an accord maybe accord seems more luxurious
back to today’s post,
so far all i’ve gotten to see is the 2009 US version, but i hope malaysia will be getting this same one too
this car is expected to hit malaysia slightly later next year, as usual…
the current eighth generation civic will receive slight modifications to the front and rear
the grille and headlamp design gets more streamlined while the underbumper air intake becomes more prominent
meanwhile, the rear gets an obvious change to the tail lamp
on the interior, there’ll be the addition of a Bluetooth HandsFreeLink and USB interface for the entertainment system
for the coupe and the Si, the steering wheel is still the same
the engines that provide power will be the same, except for the Hybrid
the standard engine is a 140hp (104kW), 1.8 i-VTEC four-cylinder, available in either a five-speed manual or six-speed auto transmission
The Si gets the same 197hp (147kW) 2.0L i-VTEC engine and six-speed manual as in the current one
