after tuition, my dad came and fetched me home
when we were on the way out of Bandar Mahkota Cheras, we got a rude shock!
guess what, the way out is all jammed coz lots of cars are on the way to the petrol station to fill up their tanks
why all of a sudden??
well, the Government announced at around 5pm that there’ll be an increase of 70 sen for every liter of petrol starting from midnight…today
ahh…, so these dopes are hurrying to the nearest petrol station to fill their tanks to the max before the stroke of midnight
always when there’s a increase in petrol prices, we’ll get such a heavy traffic here
wth wth
filling tanks full with petrol before the price increases is a really very silly thing to do, probably the silliest in the whole universe
as if the petrol could last forever, maybe it wouldn’t be used up by tomorrow, the day after and the day after after that but someday it’ll still be used up
so, what’s the difference, eh?
my family wouldn’t be affected by the increase in the price of petrol, but many people will
hah, this is where the advantage of increasing the price of petrol comes in…
people that could afford to buy a car (nowadays, who couldn’t afford to buy a car??) might not afford to pay for the fuel
when this happens, little by little, more and more people will opt for public transport, buses and trains
then, the ones that can afford to pay for the fuel will be the ones driving car
the advantages; no more traffic jams and the emission of harmful gases as well as greenhouse gases will decrease
yeah! then there’s definitely hope to save our earth!!
lucky for us that there’re hybrid cars like Prius, Saturn Vue hybrid, Dodge Durango hybrid, Civic hybrid and Escape hybrid
i’ll probably buy one when i grow up
i agree, that high petrol prices are good *thumbs up*
gosh, it really takes a long time to reach home since we’ve gotta pass two petrol stations before reaching home
